Author Information

   AIB issues a limited number of books each year, from varying genres. This allows the staff to concentrate on helping our individual authors gain success and momentum. We want our authors to sell a large volume of books because we don't make money unless they make money. The selling price of each book is individually based on content, audience, marketing budget, printing costs, and competitive pricing strategies.

   Royalties are paid quarterly, and are based on the retail price of the book, not on the purchase price for individual dealers, wholesalers, etc. Authors are eligible for a 30% discount off of the retail price for personal purchases. Royalties are paid on ALL sales, including author purchases. Authors are encouraged to be active participants in the marketing process. AIB does handle some marketing and assists with idea packages. The more an author does to help, the better the chance you have of success. This is not a guarantee of success as no one can guarantee success.

   AIB accepts only those manuscripts following the precise submission guidelines. Anyone not following the guidelines will be returned to sender. See Submission Guidelines for details.
